How long does it take to make a Keepsake Box?
It can take up to 5 business days to make a customised Keepsake Box. If you have an urgent request, please contact us via email and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order so it’s ready for your special day.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver with Australia Post using standard post & express post services. Once your Keepsake Box is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be issued via email with tracking details and expected delivery date.
If you want express shipping an additional 91.00 AUD will be charged, select express shipping at checkout.
At this time, we don’t offer international shipping. However, if you contact us, we can chat further to help you in any way.
Note: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
How do I clean my Keepsake Box?
To clean your Keepsake Box, wipe the exterior with a microfiber cloth. Keep it stored in a dry place away from moisture.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
All our Keepsake boxes are custom built, so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after payment is made.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage, so we can address the issue urgently.
